Last Night In Rio Grande, Ohio

I have had an enjoyable visit down here in Rio Grande, Ohio. Today, I spent my morning in the Word with the Lord Jesus. Jesus showed me some neat things about what a shepherd is to teach those he watches over in the Lord. Jeremiah 23:4 and Ephesians 4:7-16 is where I was at this morning.
Someone asked me today if I am considering getting more involved within the prison ministry out in San Diego. I do not know. It's funny they asked me that because just this week while I was in the Word with the Lord, I discussed that same topic with Him. It seems to me that if He wants me more involved then He will open the opportunities. Also, I have told Him that whatever He wants me to do, I will follow and be part of His work. Remember, obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22). You could say that obedience is better than feelings. We are to put away the sacrifices and obey the voice of God (Jeremiah 7:23).
I went to a Christmas Middle School concert at Gallia Academy Middle School with the Perry's. They ignorantly changed the name from Christmas Concert to Winter Concert. Are they dumb or what? Today is not winter. It is still fall. Out of trying to be politically correct they presented themselves as fools with even as something as simple as the time of seasons. If they want to be foolish and politically correct, then they need to call it what it is: Fall Concert.
Anyways, to Jesus Christ be the glory for the reason of why real celebrations were first started in the first place.
Ohh, one last thing. Here is a picture from last night when I visited my friends Joe and Amber. They are such wonderful people. I already miss them so much.
